Well, this move is not the best, I may say. It looks like the YuGiOh card "The Inexperienced Spy", which allows to see the hand of the opponent.
Telepathy would get out of the environment of Pokémon; usually, we can only see the image, gender and level of the opponent's Pokémon; not the stats, not the EXP, not the HP, not the PP, etc. It would be a change that would get outside of the box. No, I don't think I would like to see Pokémon change into a new type of YuGiOh or Magic. The actual types of move are already perfect. We should only try to find special moves that play with chance, stats and damage. Let's not destroy the Pokémon concept.

Telekinesis:
Psychic

 10 PP
Animation: A PokéBall and some objects fly all over the screen.
Effect: The object the opponent's Pokémon is holding is taken off (until the end of the match) and each turn has a chance to hit the opponent's Pokémon.

How about that?

first it creates a frenzy plant to tie the opponment so it cannot escape, then it will use a super earthquake, dealing alot of dmg to the opponment.even flying type cannot escape this move.

why is it the same power as frenzy plant shouldn't it be at least half of both attacks combined.

Effect:
The defending Pokémon receives serious damage and disappears for one turn in the sky (as when a Pokémon does Fly)
During the following turn, the attacking Pokémon can use a move, but the attacked one won't.
During that turn, only Hail, Sandstorm and Thunder will be able to damage the Pokémon.
At the end of that turn, the Pokémon crashes on the floor and receives other serious damage.
However, a Flying Pokémon won't crash, it will simply return to his place normally, without receiving any more damage.
