Selfdestruct
Curse
Because of its high Sp Def and kind of low Def Curse dose wonders and makes people very frustrated.

I would have Ice Punch because Muk is weak to Ground type moves and Ice type moves beat Ground types |

muk has enough hp to where he will not be ohko by a stab earth quake from low atk pokes like claydol and so forth
