No, only the Japanese Secret Key (Rotom) and a Japanese PC Osaka Meowth event Wonder Cards can be shared with others; the rest can't. And you can only shared it if the person is close to you, not via Wi-fi.

So I can mix records for the event? (Oak's Letter)
